Waymarked Women is a Christian women’s ministry designed to journey with women in the Way of Jesus— stirring their worship of Jesus, guiding them toward wholeness, building deep community, and equipping them to witness and serve others.

For women who walk with Jesus, faith is rarely a straight line. It is a pilgrimage—a lived, breathing journey full of detours, breakthroughs, deserts, and green pastures. Waymarked Women names and honors this journey by framing spiritual transformation as a 10-stage process, where each season of faith carries its own invitations, challenges, and graces. 

 

Many women feel pressure to “have it all together”—to be instantly mature, instantly healed, instantly whole. But Scripture shows a God who forms His people over time. Faith develops like a pilgrimage, not a performance. Transformation unfolds as process, not perfection.

 

The journey includes pre-faith stirrings, awakening moments, wrestling seasons, commitment, and the long, faithful work of growth after conversion. It reflects the reality that spiritual life continues beyond the moment of belief, through cycles of renewal, setback, deepening, and joyful mission.

Waymarked Women invites every woman, no matter her story, to see herself as a Waytaker—a fellow traveler learning to trust God’s pace, God’s presence, and God’s process. Because every step of the journey—even the confusing or painful ones—can become a sacred place where God meets us, heals us, and leads us forward.
